Each year the blend will be different depending on the quality of each variety that season. This age worthy red wine has rich tobacco and smoke aromas which play nicely with the oak. The Palate is complex and balanced with good structured tannins and overtones of baked cherries and strong finish. With 870 cases produced and a limited bottling of 100 magnums scheduled for spring 2009 release. If you would like to pick up your order, we are happy to offer a cellaring service. Should you wish to have us hold your wine until your next visit to the winery. Simply indicate ‘HOLD FOR P/U’ and a rough date of when the wine will be picked up.

All cases of wine are 12 per case, with the exception of Super Ego, which is six bottles per case.
