THE ONLINE FARMACY
Whether you are an experienced wine critic, an expert sipper, or someone whose wine knowledge starts and ends with the words ‘red’ and ‘white’, you’ll find Therapy Vineyards' wines approachable, elegant, and consistent. We make the kinds of wine we like: whites that are aromatic, fresh, clean and crisp; reds that are balanced, well-aged, and approachable from the day you take them off the shelf. Therapy wines are guided by the expert hands and taste buds of winemaker Steven Latchford. With 18 years of experience in the industry including nine years as head Winemaker at Therapy Vineyards, Steve knows how to make delicious wines with a simplistic approach and no unnecessary additives.
The grapes that make up our wines are locally grown, sourced either from our spectacular lake-view vineyards in Naramata, from other Naramata growers, or from trusted grape suppliers on the hot slopes near Oliver, BC. We are proud to grow our grapes sustainably (we limit pesticides and try to work in tune with nature) and to be one of the few local wineries crafting wines from vines that have proven themselves for more than 20 years.
Dark and brooding in colour this Merlot has dark chocolate, hazelnut and vanilla aromas with underlying notes of plums and mulberries. Warm and comforting flavors of chocolate cake & vanilla wafers are balanced with the juicy ripe tannins from the grapes and subtle oak aging.
Winner of BC Best of Varietal Award! Light cherry in colour, this wine is launched with aromatics reminiscent of spice, cloves, vanilla and red currants on the nose. Layered on the palate is toasty oak, red fruit and vanilla with focus towards the soft tea like tannins and toasty complexity. The finish is smooth and textured with lots of red fruit, which leads to a wine that can be drank now or aged for a couple more years.
This chardonnay is pale straw in colour with rich creamy aromatics. Roasted coconut and toasted oak integrate well with the plush smooth mouth feel and are well balanced by bright acidity leaving warm spice and vanilla flavours.
An immensely popular wine with intense aromas of green apple, citrus zest, petrol and tropical fruits that meld with the concentrated flavors of lemon rind, peach and red apples on the palate.
This natural orange wine is highly aromatic with aromas of rose petals, ginger, and tropical fruit which are matched on the palate with vibrant flavours of fruit salad, lime zest, and lychee. Very intense and highly expressive of both our location and the natural wine making style.
This attractive pale Rose wine is balanced with intense aromatics of strawberry yogurt, pomegranate and wild cherry and concentrated flavors of red plum, tart cherry and pink grapefruit. Enjoy this wine chilled with cheeses and fruits or on its own on a warm summer day.
Intense aromas of yellow grapefruit, flint and peeled lime rind matched with bright flavors of grapefruit, green apples, sour candies and ginger which linger on the palate. The fresh bright acidity almost feels like a slight spritz helping balance the residual sugar and create a long finish.
This wine has alluring aromatics reminiscent of lemon zest, dill and basil. Intense herbaceous aromatics balance nicely with the lean, citrus profile of the palate. Green and grassy, this wine has appealing freshness with flavours of celery and minerality that work well with fresh BC coastal oysters.
