Our barrel fermented chardonnay has a fine minerality and a clear linear acidity in its youth. Made for ageing this wine benefits from decentering. It exudes aromas of apricots, white peaches, jasmine and orange blossom. Enjoy now or cellar for 5 to 7 years.

Our 2018 Chardonnay is made from 100% Estate grown fruit off our Therapy Vineyard site in Naramata. 100% whole bunched pressed, this juice was allowed to undergo primary and malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. 36% of these barrels were new French oak aiding in the toasty/complex dimensions of this wine.
