Aromas of crushed strawberries, rose petals and orange blossoms combined with a velvety texture make this an inviting sparkling wine.
Our NV Fizzio Rose was handpicked and nurtured at winery site on the Naramata Bench. The still wine went through a secondary ferment in bottle and underwent 15 months of lees aging prior to blending and bottling. Our Fizzio Rose was CO2 infused in a respectful manner resulting in a soft textured bubble.
