Our 2018 Pinot Noir boasts vibrant aromas of cranberries, raspberries, and rose petals. Warming oak tones steer the palate of the wine whilst the bright acidity adds freshness and balance.
Our 2018 Pinot Noir grapes are grown on the Naramata bench and from a high elevation vineyard in Summerland.
The grapes were cold soaked for up to a period of 10 days prior to inoculation and were fermented in small batch fermenters. The small fermenters allowed our pinot noir to be pushed and pulled in different directions aiding in the overall complexities of this wine. Once fermented and pressed the wine rested in French oak barrels, 46% new oak, and was then blended and bottled.
