A beautiful example of how different areas in the Okanagan Valley can come together to produce a truly magical wine. Our Cabernet Franc was grown in the warmer region of Oliver which brings the tannin structure and power to this wine, whilst our Cabernet Sauvignon, from Naramata which has a longer cooler growing season, aids in the floral, spicy and essential acid storyline. This wine was fermented ins small 800 kg fermenters to allow the winemaking team to focus on the individual varieties and to enhance the growing regions where they came from. Aged in 50% new French oak for 25 months allowed this wine to integrate seamlessly with its oak and grape tannins resulting in a smooth drinking red. Cellar 7 to 10 years. Decanter in its youth.
